1 year degree courses are not eligible for promotion,letter no 9502/D1/2012 dated 27.06.2012

Tamilnadu elementary education transfers started today...
Madras high court has given a stay order for who is promoting by one sitting degree courses.

It says " double degree is not eligible for promotion".

So elementary director send a letter ( letter no 9502/D1/2012 dated 27.06.2012) to the all DEEOes to obey the Chennai high court's stay order in this year's transfer and promotion counseling.
